• Question: What is the most exciting place you have gone to, to find a alien plant?

      Hi there!

      The best place I ever went to find alien plants was the Big Island in Hawai’i.
      Hawai’i is full of invasive alien species and there is a lot of research going on there to help control and prevent the spread of alien plants.

      The added bonus was that I got to stay there a little longer after work and see some awesome sea life and chat to locals.

      The rare perks of science 🙂
