      Hi there,

Biggest inspiration was my highschool teacher who taught us Biology using funky diagrams and cool pictures making leaning fun. Also was inspired by the DNA discovery team Crick, Watson and Roseline. These scientists showed huge admiration for biology and managed to solve the structure of the DNA during a period when the techniques available were very limited! So they showed how pushing for the best and using what you have available to achieve your dreams, makes them possible.

I wanted to show school students that there are so many amazing things you can do with science, not just chemistry, biology and physics! You can use science to look at what people were eating thousands of years ago, how their skeletons can tell us about human evolution or migration, how microscopic bits of plant cells can be used to think about climate change. And I was inspired to do it because an archaeologist once asked me a simple question: what are you interested in? I wanted a chance to show you some of these amazing things and ask what are you interested in. And I think I’m a Scientist is an awesome place for you guys to find something inspiring.
